Brillia HD Digital Plates

(HD) CTP plates have been designed to maximize the superior imaging quality delivered by latest generation of computer-to-plate workflows and systems. The wider use of many new screening technologies puts increased pressure on the quality control  tolerances associated with the print production process.

Brillia HD plates are the result of more than 10 years of research and development at Fujifilm’s Printing Materials R&D facility as well as its manufacturing plants around the globe, culminating in the development of te new High Definition emulsion technology. This HD emulsion is designed specifically to allow wider imaging and processing latitudes, enabling printers achieve higher quality print production more easily.

ECOMAXX-T

Fujifilm introduces a no-bake, no process thermal plate – the ECOMAXX-T Processless Thermal Plate – to complement the renowned no-bake, medium-run LH-PJ plate and the newly introduced no-bake, long-run LH-PL thermal CTP plate. As the industry’s only truly processless plate, the ECOMAXX-T has the smallest environmental footprint. There is no effluent to dispose of and no additional consumables to contend with, which is not only good for the environment, but also an advantage for printers.

Brillia HD LH-PJ

A positive-working, no-bake thermal plate, Fujifilm’s Brillia High Definition (HD) LH-PJ dramatically improves on press performance, while simultaneously providing excellent durability. By employing a proprietary MultiGrain surface structure, the LH-PJ plate provides exceptional reduced ink/water balance, giving you sharper, cleaner and drier sheets; faster make readies; quicker restarts and reduced ink usage. In short, it’s all about faster press approvals, less waste and cost savings.

Brillia HD LH-PL

Fujifilm introduces a new thermal no-bake CTP printing plate, the Fujifilm Brillia High Definition (HD) LH-PL, to compliment the renowned LH-PJ plate, improved Brillia HD processless thermal plate  to create a full line of Brillia plates suited for projects of any size.
 
The Brillia HD LH-PL plate boasts the same features and printing characteristics as the renowned LH-PJ plate, with the added capability of extended run lengths (up to 600,00 impressions) without baking. This plate is also processed through the same FLH-Z processor and with the same chemicals used with the Brillia LH-PJ medium run plate, giving you the added flexibility of changing plates without changing developer or processing conditions.

A superb long-run, positive working thermal CTP plate that does not require pre-heating or post-baking, and is suitable for UV printing without baking. The plate also has enhanced handling characteristics minimizing plate spoilage.

UV compatible
LH-PJE is the latest thermal plate from Fuji to work with UV inks on medium print runs without the need for baking. This results in faster plate-making and quicker make-ready on press giving savings in both areas.

Fast and Simple processing stages
LH-PJE processing stages are some of the fastest in the market as there is no requirement to pre or post-bake the plate. This reduces the space required for additional equipment, reduces the capital outlay, means fewer opportunities for error and greater overall savings. The processing stages are simple and fast with a normal dwell time in the developer bath of 15 seconds.

LH-PCE is designed to process through a variety of plate developers in today's market. This gives the user great flexibility and reduces time taken to switch between plate types. Now there is no requirement to change the developer type when using LH-PCE.

Polyester Plate

CtP-Polyester/Paper enables customers to get into Computer-to-Plate technology without much risk and with low investment costs. For an increasing number of small and medium-format printing houses, polyester- and paper-based Computer to Plate represents a major improvement as far as costs, completion times and printing quality are concerned. In next to no time the customer benefits from the time, cost and quality advantages of direct plate imaging. That is why more and more printing houses are opting for CtP with Silver Digiplate
CtP polyester/paper is a future-oriented process based on mature technology that has proved itself in practice.

The new developed Mitsubishi Paper Silver Digiplate
SDP-FRS 175 has an improved water receptivity and response. This is especially noticeable in the plate's resistance to toning during printing and greater print stability. Water retention is improved and will be noticeable both when starting to print as well as restarting after stopping the press. Toning is reduced even when printing with inks that have a higher tendency towards toning. Increasing the strength of the plate surface results in improved run length performance, more stable dot reproduction and improved quality  on longer run jobs.
